What We Do

Since 2014, our team members have led the effort to educate Western democratic leadership on the active use of Russian New Generation Warfare. The Centre aims to help Western societies prepare to defend their liberal democracies against the use of active warfare by
the Russian Government.

OUR MISSION

The core mission of The Centre for the Study of New Generation Warfare is to educate the widest range of parties – from lumpenproletariates in the body politic of Western democracies to the political and military elites of those same societies – concerning the active warfare being waged against liberal democracies by the Russian Government of Vladimir Putin.  The foundation of this effort will be the continuing research into evolving techniques of Russian New Generation Warfare. The Centre will utilize a wide a range of educational tools – from briefings and speeches, to the publication of articles and books, to the employment of various forms of simulations and computer war games to distribute the facts of this military-political aggression emanating from Moscow.

OUR BACKGROUND

In the face of the obvious crisis in international security that emerged since the Russo-Ukraine War began in 2014, the former Senior Staff of The Potomac Foundation collectively took the decision in January 2018 to function as a Centre for the Study of New Generation Warfare.  The Centre's leadership is still exploring the most suitable legal status and structure of the Centre, and it is currently functioning under the legal framework of The Petersen Group LLC registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia and with the United States Department of the Treasury in 2009.
